A Chatham Firm Building on 200 Years of Experience
Although Winch & Winch Solicitors has served individuals and businesses for more than 200 years, we continue to follow the footsteps of the firm's earliest solicitors. When clients contact our firm, they work directly with one lawyer throughout their cases, and that lawyer is always available to answer questions or provide updates regarding the status of their matters. The present partners follow in the footsteps of our distinguished predecessors, including Chatham's first mayor, George Winch.
Nicholas Wharton is the fourth generation of his family to become a solicitor, and he has been in the legal field since 1975. Nicholas primarily handles matters for large landowners. David Johncock was admitted as a solicitor in 1981, and he has been responsible for running the firm's Snodland office since it opened in 1984. David concentrates primarily on commercial and domestic conveyancing matters. Tracey Smith joined the firm in 1996 and qualified as a solicitor in 1999. Tracey focuses on civil and commercial litigation.
