Tracey Smith attended Thames Valley University where she studied a qualifying Law Degree, being awarded a 2:1 with Honours. Following subsequent attendance at the College of Law, Guildford, where she studied the Legal Practice Course and was awarded a Commendation, she joined Winch & Winch in August 1996, being initially employed as an Assistant to a Litigation Partner. In May 1998 she commenced a Training Contract with the firm for a period of eighteen months, having successfully applied to have previous experience counted as good service. She qualified as a solicitor in 1999 and became a Partner on 1st January 2004.

Tracey undertakes general civil and landlord and tenant litigation, in addition to certain Management/Partnership functions. She also deals with contentious probate and Court of Protection matters.
