David Johncock was admitted as a solicitor in 1981 and having
initially worked as an Assistant Solicitor at the Dartford practice of
Hewitt Burrough, joined Winch & Winch in 1981. He was made a Partner in 1987
and has been responsible for running the firm's Snodland office since its
opening in 1984. David concentrates on commercial and domestic conveyancing, particularly commercial leases and landlord and tenant matters. He also deals with probate, wills and general company matters. He is a Trustee and Honorary Solicitor to a number of charities, and a School Governor. David is now the firm's Managing Partner.
