|
Nicholas Wharton, who is the fourth generation of his family to
become a solicitor, was admitted in 1975 and became a partner in the old
established firm of Arnold Tuff & Grimwade in 1980. In 1990 he amalgamated
his firm’s Chatham office with Winch & Winch whereupon he became a partner
of this firm. Nicholas acts for many large landowners, principally commercial farmers but also private individuals including acting as a retained Legal Advisor to one of the largest property owning organizations in the Medway Towns. Accustomed to the requirements of charities and their related property matters, Nicholas also deals with substantial commercial land transactions, in addition to being heavily involved in probate and trust work; he is also a trustee for several large trusts. |
