Tracey Smith studied a qualifying Law Degree, being awarded a 2:1 with Honours. Following subsequent attendance at the College of Law, where she studied the Legal Practice Course and was awarded a Commendation, she joined Winch & Winch in 1996. She qualified as a solicitor in 1999 and became a Partner in 2004.
Tracey undertakes general litigation. She specialises in Landlord & Tenant and Contentious Probate matters.
Tracey attends to the firm’s administrative, compliance and regulatory requirements and is the Compliance Officer for Legal Practice (COLP), Anti Money Laundering Compliance Officer and designated complaints handler.
